Designed to fit into our modern fast-paced lifestyle, it is easy to use.
You can mix Dru Barley Grass powder with your favourite juice or smoothie. You can take it with yoghurt or muesli, or mix it in dips or home-made energy bars. You can also sprinkle it on your food. Some people enjoy it simply stirred into water or milk.
Be careful not to add Dru Barley Grass to liquid or food over 49°C (120°F) as some of the nutrients may become unstable above this temperature. Therefore enjoy it in cold drinks or drinks at room temperature.
As barley grass is a very concentrated source of nutrients, we suggest to take small amounts, at least initially, to allow your body to get used to this powerful food. Start with ½ teaspoon daily, and increase to 1 teaspoon gradually over two weeks; more may be used depending on body weight, physical demands etc. Ideally you should take barley grass one hour or more before meals, on an empty stomach.
Store your Dru Barley Grass in a cool, dry dark place.
